Innovative partnership of high importance in relation to the biggest and most important issues in the country - The use of waste disposal in Brazil

Currently, Brazil has been facing several problems with landfills and garbage dumps spread throughout Brazil. The Tancredo Neves Institute in the municipality of Caconde in the State of São Paulo, through partnerships, has been seeking to establish a partnership with a company that works with solutions on different scales, the disposal and at the same time the reuse of inputs extracted from solid and organic waste.

In this pavilion, and due to the dimensioning of this first stage of the project, reception of up to 50 tons of waste is done by tipping directly from the compactor truck, given that the pavilion is temporary, while the pavilion referring to the second stage of the project for up to 200 tons per day is in progress.

The “MANUAL” separation here is done with the exclusive focus on removing “METALS IN GENERAL” and “GLASS”, and to complement, all the residue still passes under the “TRANSVERSAL MAGNETIC BELT” to remove small metals that go unnoticed during manual separation.

Crushing: Here the purpose of crushing is to standardize the size of the residue to facilitate the drying process. Again, the “TRANSVERSE MAGNETIC BARS” fulfill the function of capturing metals in general.

REACTOR/AGGLUTINATOR FEEDING BELT: Reactor/agglutinator feeding belt, also with a transverse magnetic bar for removing metals.

After the final process of transforming the Waste by the Reactor/Agglutinator, we will have the CBSI, which is the result of the technological process that transforms the waste - synthetic and non-synthetic (organic, inorganic and recyclable - especially the dirty and contaminated ones) and gives rise to a unique product:

- HOMOGENEOUS;

- DECONTAMINATED;

- ⁠FREE OF AMMONIA;

- ⁠FREE OF HEAVY MATERIALS;

- ⁠DRY;

- ⁠WITH HIGH CALORIFIC POWER;

- ⁠IN ADDITION TO BEING CONSIDERED AN EXCELLENT SOLID FUEL.
