With over 10 years of experience in business, people and marketing management, I am the Executive Director of Instituto Tancredo Neves, where I lead projects focused on education, infrastructure and social housing. My professional trajectory has always been aligned with creating real opportunities to transform lives, combining strategy, innovation and social impact.

My training and specializations in Management and Leadership at FGV and Urban Mobility Management at Insper reinforce my strategic performance, allowing me to lead the Institute with planning, efficiency and commitment.

My mission at the head of the Institute is to ensure that more children and young people have access to quality education, that communities have adequate infrastructure, with the renovation of local roads, and that more families have access to decent housing, through the construction of affordable housing.

I believe that leadership is about purpose, vision and action. My commitment is to strengthen the Institute, expand its impact and promote real change in people's lives.
