Currently in Brazil, there are more than 600 pieces of legislation that regulate Law 13.019/2014, the Partnership Law, which comprises the MROSC. These are federal, state and municipal regulations. The OSC Legal Institute has been collecting these decrees, with the aim of making knowledge of the legal and institutional environment related to CSOs, and of the partnership relations with the State, more accessible.

The MROSC Platform has joined forces with the OSC Legal Institute to advance this process of collecting, disseminating and cataloging all existing decrees in Brazil. This collaboration aims to consolidate a representative database that can be used as a source of research and consultation by any interested party. We invite Civil Society Organizations, representatives of the Public Authorities, academics and researchers, and anyone who can contribute to this initiative, to learn more about the database and to send any normative acts they are aware of.
